Our staff are well versed in the full CDM site management and mechanical installation of our own and third party equipment on projects large and small. We have experience of working on some of the UK’s leading industrial projects in both lead and subcontractor capacities, offering a formidable and diverse service to our customers.

Our construction team is made up of over 50 multi-skilled engineering personnel, capable in many instances of plating, welding, steel erecting and mechanical fitting. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a multitude of onsite services which has contributed greatly to reinforcing our position in the industry as a leading supplier of engineering services. Over 35 years of trading we have gained valuable experience in the delivery of large scale site works installing both our own equipment as part of turnkey projects, and performing installation only services of third party equipment and structures.

Safety is our number one priority and we ensure the correct equipment is provided to our team for the task in hand. Certified plant, access and tooling is made readily available to our workforce to facilitate each project demanding schedule, a large portion of which is owned rather than hired further reducing our reliance on external sources.

Risk Assessments

We are fully conversant with the requirements to provide method statements, risk assessments, safe systems of work etc., for any work being carried out at a client’s site. Our site managers and supervisors are equipped with laptops with direct access to our company server. This allows access to all our safety documentation, employee certificates and ensures that our safety paperwork remains current on site.

This approach has ensured that Wright Engineering is the “go to” company for many “blue chip” organisations in the UK. Only our consistently high level of performance on site, with regard to safety, quality and project delivery, have allowed us to continue to provide site installation teams for companies such as Tarmac, Hitachi Zosen Inova, Saint Gobain and Etex for so many years. We have, and continue to operate in the building products, energy, recycling, and quarrying and aggregates sectors, complying with all client requirements.
